Shipping Policy – Flawlesss Beauty

At Flawlesss Beauty, we know your hair is more than just a look — it’s a whole vibe. That’s why we make sure your order ships fast, safe, and right to your doorstep. When you shop with us, you can trust your new wig will arrive ready to slay.


1. U.S. Shipping Only

Right now, we ship within the United States only.
All orders are shipped directly from our verified partner warehouses to make sure you’re getting authentic, premium-quality hair every time.


2. Processing Time

We don’t waste time when it comes to your beauty!

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
     
  • During holidays or high-volume sales, please allow up to 4 business days for processing.
    Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow it from our door to yours.
     


3. Delivery Time

We offer two shipping options to fit your pace:

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery

Standard Shipping (Free)3–7 business days

Express Shipping1–3 business days 

⏰ Delivery times are estimates — they can vary based on your location, weather, or carrier delays.


4. Shipping Carriers

We work with top carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL Express to make sure your hair gets to you quickly and safely.
If you have a preferred carrier, leave a note at checkout — we’ll do our best to make it happen.


5. Address Check

Make sure your shipping info is 100% correct before you place your order — that includes apartment numbers, building names, and ZIP codes.
If an order is returned because of an incomplete or wrong address, you’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping.


6. Tracking Your Package

Once your order is on the way, we’ll send you a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update once your shipping label has been created.


7. Delivery & Signatures

Some orders may need a signature upon delivery to keep your package safe.
If you’re not home, check with your local post office or carrier for redelivery or pickup options.


8. Delays Happen — But We Got You

We always do our best to ship on time, but sometimes weather, holidays, or carrier issues can slow things down.
Once your package is with the carrier, we can’t control transit delays — but we’ll always help you track it and stay updated.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says Delivered but you can’t find your package:

  1. Double-check your address.
     
  2. Look around your porch, mailbox, or with neighbors.
     
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier.
     

Flawlesss Beauty isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, but we’ll do everything we can to help you locate it or file a claim.
