Flawlesss Beauty Exchange Policy
At Flawlesss Beauty, your satisfaction means everything. We want you to slay in your hair, not stress about returns or refunds. To keep things fair and flawless, here’s how our exchange-only policy works.
Yes – we accept exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of you receiving your order.
But, babe, there are some conditions — here’s how to do it right so your exchange gets approved.

We do this for hygiene, quality, and respect for every Flawlesss Babe shopping with us.
You’re responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or we made an error.
All customs, taxes, or duties (if applicable) are your responsibility.
We highly recommend using a trackable method so your package doesn’t go missing in action.
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to make sure it meets our exchange standards.
If approved, we’ll process your exchange and ship out your replacement or upgraded product (additional costs may apply if the new item is higher in price).
If the item shows signs of use, alteration, or damage, we won’t approve the exchange and may return it to you (at our expense).
If your wig is defective (manufacturing flaw, wrong item, or damage during shipping), contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Once validated, we’ll gladly send a replacement or offer an exchange for the same or similar item.
If the item isn’t confirmed as defective, it will be returned to you — no exchange will be issued.
We can only accept exchanges within that 30-day window. After that, all sales are considered final.
So please check your order and inspect your items as soon as you receive them.
If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned because of an incorrect address, it will not qualify for exchange.
You’ll need to cover reshipping costs if you’d like us to send the order again.
Always double-check your address at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
If a return shipment gets lost in transit and no tracking was provided, we’re not responsible.
Keep your receipt and tracking number — it’s your proof of shipment.
We reserve the right to update or change this Exchange Policy at any time. Any updates will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
